This movie is all about local gangsters Maya (Vivek oberoi) and his friend Buwa (Tushar Kapoor) who works in Mumbai under Bhai. Being very aggressive Maya disobeys the orders of Bhai. After that Maya and Buwa with their friends threatens Additional Commissioner Police Shamsher Khan (Sanjay dutt) and his fellow officers. What happens to them.
